FEVM's rules and regulations are designed to safeguard the interest and rights of all FEVM Business Associates and not to restrain Business Associate from their independent business activities. To ensure that each and every Business Associate will act responsibly and ethically, all Business Associates must understand and be abide by the said Rules and Regulations. Any violation of the Rules and Regulations stipulated here, by any Business Associates will risk termination of his/her membership.

F. E. Venture Marketing Sdn. Bhd. reserves all rights to amend or alter any of the following Rules and Regulations without having to issue any prior notice or clarification:

1) ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP

a) All Malaysian Residents and/or foreigners with Malaysia's addresses, aged 18 years old and above can apply to be a Business Associate of F.E. Venture Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

b) Business Associates of FEVM are independent distributors and are not agents, representatives nor employees of the company.

c) All applications must be sponsored by an active Business Associate.

d) The company reserves the rights to reject any membership application without providing any reasons whatsoever.

2) PAYMENT OF BONUS

a) All bonuses payable are computed and disbursed monthly.

b) Monthly bonuses will be mailed on or before the 20th day of the following month.

c) Upon receiving the monthly statement, it is the duty of the Business Associate to check the accuracy of the statement. All queries should be made within 10 days from the date of mailing. The company reserves the right to ignore any queries made after the said dateline.

3) REPRESENTATION BY BUSINESS ASSOCIATE

a) All Business Associates of the company must at all time present the company products, the marketing plan and other relevant information truthfully and correctly.

b) No Business Associate should make any claims whatsoever about the company's products other than those stated in the company's official literatures.

c) Any statement regarding product descriptions and product usage must comply with the company's product literatures.

d) All Business Associates must make it clear to potential new Business Associates when sponsoring, that the company's marketing plan has been approved by the relevant authority and is strictly based on the sales performance of individual Business Associate.

4) LABELING AND PACKAGING

a) No Business Associate of the company should re-label or re-pack any of the company products in any way or form. All the company's products must be sold in their original packaging.

5) PRICING

a) All products can only be sold at prices set by the company. Undercutting and/or mark up is strictly prohibited. Any such action may result in the termination of the membership of the guilty Business Associate. The guilty Business Associate will be held solely responsible for all losses incurred by all suffering parties including the company.

6) ADVERTISING AND USE OF NAME

a) Business Associate must not at any time advertise the company's products and/or its activities in any way or form without obtaining the prior written consent from the company.

b) Apart from printed materials which are supplied or sold to Business Associates, Business Associates are not permitted to use the name of the company, logo, stationary, sign and/or any other materials which carries the company's name/ logo without first obtaining prior written permission from the company.

7) CANCELLATION, RESIGNATION AND TERMINATION

a) The Business Associate's membership will be terminated without any notice given when the Business Associate is dormant for 6 months and above. If this particular individual wishes to rejoin as a Business Associate again, he/she must reapply according to the standard application process.

b) The company reserves all rights to suspend or terminate the membership of any Business Associate found violating, non-complying and/or breaching any of the company's rules and regulations and the company reserves all rights to take any legal action deemed fit in order to recover the losses suffered therein by all suffering parties.

c) In the event that a Business Associate officially terminates his/her membership with the company. All his/her down lines will be automatically moved up to his/her immediate sponsor.

d) Business Associate whose membership has been terminated shall no longer be entitled to the benefits and status as stipulated in the FEVM Marketing Plan. The Business Associate may reapply for new membership in future, however the company reserves all rights to either accept or reject the fresh application.

e) Any person re-applying to become a Business Associate of the company will be considered as a newly registered Business Associate, as such , he/she will not be able to claim any of the hierarchy bonuses, incentives, benefits ranks or status which he/she previously entitled prior to his/her termination or resignation.

f ) In the event of death or permanent disability suffered by a Business Associate, the company will exercise its duty and discretion to transfer the B.A membership to his/her officially appointed beneficiary as stipulated in this application form.

g) The company reserves all rights to reinstate the membership of Business Associate subject to the approval of the management.

8) WAIVERS

a) In the event that the company fails to exercise any right stated in the rules and regulations it does not constitute a waiver of the company's rights to demand exact compliances with the company's Rules & Regulations.

b) Any waiver by the company can and shall only be effected in writing by an authorized personnel from the company's management team.

9) CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS

a) The company reserves all rights to change and/or amend any or parts of the Rules and Regulations as it deems necessary, without having to issue prior notice of any kind.

10) SPONSORING

a) It is against the company's policy for any Business Associate to change the identity of his/her sponsor for any reason whatsoever. However, the sponsor of the Business Associate may officially request for the transferring of his/her down-lines to others in in compliance with the company's policy, and subject to the management approval..

b) In the event a Business Associate is found to have been sponsored more than once while his/her membership is valid, the Company will not recognize the new membership application.
